I was treated very professionally by Melody Snyder, Service Advisor who provided the cost for my Honda 2006 Strut/Coil Spring replacement and Alignment needed. What I really appreciated was a multipoint Tech inspection that detailed - what attention was needed immediately on my car to get repaired, what attention is needed soon or needed at a later date, and what checked out okay. This helps me to make financial decisions to get this work completed soon. I need my car safe and back on the road in a timely manner. This inspection report with important detail and cost helps me make the right decision for my car and family who ride in my car.

Treated very professionally by Melody Snyder, Service Advisor on the phone and at the main desk. I needed a price on both Front and Back Shock/Strut - Melody gave me this very promptly. She also called and informed me of other important issues with my 2006 Honda CRV. Provided a text - with detailed printout of parts and pricing. My Honda is 20 years old and a lot of parts are wearing out. Cost is important as well as safety and really appreciate the report that shows what is required immediately and what is requires attention soon. Giving me time to collect the funds and decide when to take in my car to make it safe. I had about $3,000 put in for shock/struts, and alignment. I need another $3,000 to cover all immediate repairs and make the car safe again. Sure its a lot of money, and more than what the car is worth, but its cheaper than a new $40,000 new car, or a car payment of $600 for six or seven years. Used cars are expensive also and you dont know the back history of the car. I have always owned my Honda and know I have always changed the oil, tires, and taken care of it. Its worth it to me to keep it.

Had my Honda 2006 CRV front & back struts/shocks replaced. It was completed in one day and with alignment it came to $3,000.

Had several items looked at and repaired. Felt that the recommendations were very valid and reasonable. Melody at front desk is a pure joy to work with, and she does a great job explaining things so that it is understandable. Will definitely continue taking my cars here when needed.

The job on my car was done on time, as promised, even though R & I was not familiar with my type of EV and had a challenge in removing the mangled shock absorber (and was able to replace the cabin air filter, which is Difficult to get at!). Good work!

Big thanks to Melody and the mechanic who fixed my Lexus. I was googling the electrical issues and panicking because we have to get up to Tahoe for a family wedding. The shop was super busy but I really appreciated how much time she took to explain what was going on and what they were doing. And it ended up costing less than I expected. Seriously grateful you guys!!
