Treated very professionally by Melody Snyder, Service Advisor on the phone and at the main desk. I needed a price on both Front and Back Shock/Strut - Melody gave me this very promptly. She also called and informed me of other important issues with my 2006 Honda CRV. Provided a text - with detailed printout of parts and pricing. My Honda is 20 years old and a lot of parts are wearing out. Cost is important as well as safety and really appreciate the report that shows what is required immediately and what is requires attention soon. Giving me time to collect the funds and decide when to take in my car to make it safe. I had about $3,000 put in for shock/struts, and alignment. I need another $3,000 to cover all immediate repairs and make the car safe again. Sure its a lot of money, and more than what the car is worth, but its cheaper than a new $40,000 new car, or a car payment of $600 for six or seven years. Used cars are expensive also and you dont know the back history of the car. I have always owned my Honda and know I have always changed the oil, tires, and taken care of it. Its worth it to me to keep it.
