Im happy to have found R&I Automotive. A few months ago, I took my standard shift 2004 Tacoma to Jason and his team and they did a thorough inspection as it needed some major work and maintenance. Jason clearly communicated what needed to be done, how long it would take to perform the work and fix the issues. Now the truck runs comfortably, smoothly and is a pleasure to drive once again. I was so impressed with the professional and quality service from R&I Automotive that I took my 2009 RAV4 in for a tune-up and brake work . Jason and his team worked their magic again and it runs like new. I should have ditched my previous mechanic years ago and gone to R&I Automotive sooner!

Professional and quality mechanical service. I’m happy to have found R&I Automotive. I was visiting from out of town and my tire pressure started plummeting. I googled the nearest place to my mom’s assisted living and was lucky enough to find R&I who told me to come on by. They gave me a ride to my mom’s and had my car ready in about 3 hours. Nice guys, and I’m so grateful I found them.

Terrific service and close to home too! Although my Volvo is older, Jason et al make the extra effort to ‘get it fixed’ in a timely manner. I can’t thank R&I enough & consider them a ‘10’ all around.
