I was visiting from out of town and my tire pressure started plummeting. I googled the nearest place to my mom’s assisted living and was lucky enough to find R&I who told me to come on by. They gave me a ride to my mom’s and had my car ready in about 3 hours. Nice guys, and I’m so grateful I found them.

R&I is fantastic in every way. They are honest, caring, friendly and extremely talented. We are so grateful to have them as our automotive experts!

Terrific service and close to home too! Although my Volvo is older, Jason et al make the extra effort to ‘get it fixed’ in a timely manner. I can’t thank R&I enough & consider them a ‘10’ all around.

When it comes to sudden auto problems, I never want to be a pain in the neck for auto mechanic shops (esp as a new customer with no rapport yet). Justin is graceful, accommodating, patient & informative. The crew work their butts off to get everybody done, and seem to keep their cool. It built confidence and trust, especially as they had my car for 4 days, with a power outage on day 1. A+ to A&I 👍🏽
