R&I have been my mechanics for so long now that I can't even remember when I started going there. Decades ago? No matter which vehicle I've owned, they have always kept it in great shape. And service is always delivered with the highest integrity, courtesy, efficiency, and just plain pleasant manner. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

Im happy to have found R&I Automotive. A few months ago, I took my standard shift 2004 Tacoma to Jason and his team and they did a thorough inspection as it needed some major work and maintenance. Jason clearly communicated what needed to be done, how long it would take to perform the work and fix the issues. Now the truck runs comfortably, smoothly and is a pleasure to drive once again. I was so impressed with the professional and quality service from R&I Automotive that I took my 2009 RAV4 in for a tune-up and brake work . Jason and his team worked their magic again and it runs like new. I should have ditched my previous mechanic years ago and gone to R&I Automotive sooner!
