I’ve been going to R&I for about 15 years and trust them to keep my current car running (going on 13 years!). Ray and Jason have always been thorough in their assessments of repairs or maintenance needed but rather than pressure me into doing it all at once, are willing to explain and help me prioritize based on what I can afford to spend.
