After 2 very different services provided by R&I (oil change and body part replacement), I will trust their suggestions and expertise moving forward. This has been the first time I have ever felt like my car is seeing it's own personal primary care physician. They were clear, professional, and transparent in what they do and do not know about my car. 10/10 would recommend. While referring to mechanics, George Costanza once said, "They can make up anything; nobody knows!" With R&I, you will not have that worry.

Very easy oil change and thorough assessment of car's general condition.

This was a bit of a nightmare for me but Jason made it so much better in addition to finding out that my engine had a recall. My car was having engine trouble and literally basically dying on me within an hour. Engine light came on in the morning and by the tome I made it to work it just started to just slow down before I could even let it do anymore I parked at my job and started my search for a mechanic. I called Hyundai which is my go to and closer to home they weren’t helpful at all. My brother did some research and noticed R&I was experienced in Hyundai vehicles. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to continue my service with R&I because of the recall. But everything was very professional and I felt very comfortable and was dealt with very reasonably.
