We have been taking our cars to R&I for many years now and we feel very much supported in their maintenance. If we have a road trip ahead of us Ray and his mechanics will always make sure that we can take off with no worries and that our maintenance schedule and/or potential repairs are well explained before the job is started. Always polite and professional even if we need tire pressure checked on a last minute notice.
