Excellent service done in a timely manner!

I called Ray at the last minute for a deluxe oil change service. We live in the neighborhood and we received one of his mailers, so we decided to try out his garage instead of our regular mechanic. He fit our service in on the same day and had the car ready exactly when he said he would. He did some diagnostic work as well and sent us detailed estimates about that work after he discussed it with us when we picked our car up. He was friendly and extremely professional. He took a lot of pride in his business, it was clear. Very impressed with our experience.

When the car that needed service wouldn't start to bring it to the shop, Ray offered to come by to start it for me. He also tested and charged my battery gratis, while performing another service. We have taken three cars to R & I over the years, and have been happy with the work on all of them.

OMG! What can I say, but that these are the most competent, caring, skilled, persistent and determined auto specialists around! My beloved 1998 ("accessorized"/low mileage) Acura TL (18 years old, mind you!) BLEW ITS TRANSMISSION 40 miles from home! After I had it towed to (my fave) R&I Automotive Specialists (Ray, Jay, Jason & Adrienne), they found THREE SEPARATE (& ordinarily RELIABLE) SOURCES with possible replacements! (In the first two cases, they tried to save me money by connecting with re-sale auto parts outfits around the country, and each time, TINY UNFORESEEABLE DETAILS prevented a fit!) THE THIRD ONE (from an Acura Dealer in DENVER, COLORADO--which COST more, of course)--finally DID FIT!! Through it all, they provided me with a FREE LOANER, kept me posted and up-to-date on the status of the replacement, and KEPT THE COST TO ME TO THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE!! If ANYONE is looking for a RESPONSIBLE, EFFICIENT, RESOURCEFUL, FRIENDLY, TALENTED AUTO MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SHOP, LOOK NO FURTHER! I nave ALWAYS BEEN DELIGHTED with their WORK and their PRICES--FOR MANY YEARS NOW!

The folks did a great job on the transmission flush today. I had setup the appointment and I had a chance to go for a walk and when I returned my vehicle was done on time and ready to go. Thank you
