I am a regular automotive owner who has his vehicles serviced at R&I and have never been disappointed. On my most recent visit I took my BMW in with a heater problem. The job was done that day at minimal cost. Ray and his staff are very competent, honest, and courteous. I do not hesitate to recommend R&I.

Excellent service done in a timely manner!

I called Ray at the last minute for a deluxe oil change service. We live in the neighborhood and we received one of his mailers, so we decided to try out his garage instead of our regular mechanic. He fit our service in on the same day and had the car ready exactly when he said he would. He did some diagnostic work as well and sent us detailed estimates about that work after he discussed it with us when we picked our car up. He was friendly and extremely professional. He took a lot of pride in his business, it was clear. Very impressed with our experience.

When the car that needed service wouldn't start to bring it to the shop, Ray offered to come by to start it for me. He also tested and charged my battery gratis, while performing another service. We have taken three cars to R & I over the years, and have been happy with the work on all of them.
