R&I is familiar with my car and my desire to keep this heep on the road. i trust the mechanics to service any problem i may have and they're always friendly when i bring it by for random dip stick checks as this car has a drinking problem. R&I is also literally across the street from my job,and my coworkers are catching on to the excellent service and reasonable expense of repair to any type of vehicle. two thumbs up.r

I've always been pleased with the maintenance on my car. However, the last service was fine except that when I picked it up I was informed that I must return to have the 30 K service completed. I asked why didn't they do the 30 K service and reply was they didnt realize vehicle needed it until too late. That was disappointing and puzzling. Now I must make another appointment and of course spend more money. I will comply but not happy with that piece.

Great service, as always...

I bought an 87 BMW soft top, which was in great shape but the previous owner had a problem. The battery was always discharging and he had brought it to the BMW dealer and to a European Car Maintenance shop. It could not be fixed so he finally sold it to me at a very low price. I brought the car to R&I and spoke to Ray the owner and he worked on the car. He said it would take a few days to locate the actual point of the electrical draw. It took him 3 days to find our that the draw was actually in the display pannel. He fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. He is a expert in electrictal issues. In addittion, R&I has some of the best, most knowledgeable mechanics anyplace, and you would never know it as the shop is small and unassuming. Great shop, with good values.
