Jason and the whole team at R&I are top notch. I stopped going to the dealer and switched to these guys when I needed a big tune up and they saved me a ton of money. They can handle anything, from routine services to major issues; they even handled all the repairs to my car when it was T-boned. And anytime you bring your vehicle in for any reason you receive a link to the details of your inspection and it’s super thorough! Jason is so patient in explaining everything and answering questions. And he’s excellent at helping you weigh options if money is tight. Although you MIGHT find a cheaper oil change at quick-lube places, you won’t get the personalized attention nor attention to detail. For larger services or if you just want to support the local garage, I would recommend R&I every single time.
