I would definitely recommend R& I Automotive based on my very positive experience. Jason was super helpful getting me in to fix my breaks very quickly with a very timely estimate and repair. Pricing was fair and transparent , parts were ordered and work was completed that same day. Very professional organization and very glad to have them in the neighborhood!

On my way out of town and discovered a nail in my tire. After going to two different places who could not fit me in my neighbor recommended R &I. They put on my spare and kept my tire to repair. This was on a Friday so Jason said I would have to wait until Monday. Much to my surprise he called a couple of hours later saying my tire was fixed. I went back and they put the repaired tire back on for a very minimal charge. Definitely will go back and highly recommend them.

R&I Automotive is a professional run business, where staff is courteous, clean, and informative. Where they can explain their services including pricing so that as a consumer you are well informed. They can also offer a loaner car to use. Excellent customer service.
